Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your order was received more than 14 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Products must be in their original packaging. Before returning any item, please contact our customer service at info@bosco-au.com and carefully read the policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid for but has not yet been processed for shipment, you may request to cancel it. Transaction fees from the platform or payment channel will be deducted from your refund. Please contact our customer service team promptly.
Once the order is in the shipping process or has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If you still wish to return the item, please follow the return procedure.
2. Return Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date the customer received the item. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in complete packaging, and include all original accessories, tags, manuals, and invoices or order numbers.
The following items are not eligible for return: items that have been used, damaged, stained, have odors, or are missing accessories, which affect resale. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
3. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by us in the following cases:

The product has quality issues;

The wrong product was sent.
Customers must provide photos or videos as evidence and send them to info@bosco-au.com. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process and provide compensation for shipping costs.
If the return is for the following reasons, the customer must cover the shipping costs:

Personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, wrong order, not as expected);

Incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up the package.
Note: If the return package is not sent via a trackable method, or if improper packaging causes damage or loss of the product, we cannot take responsibility, and the refund will not be processed.
4. Refund Process
After we receive the returned item and complete the quality check, the refund review process will be completed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna). Actual arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment channel.
5. Refund Delays or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please:

6. Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges if the product has obvious quality issues or was damaged during shipping. Exchanged products must be of the same model and type.
Please provide photos or videos within 48 hours of receipt and email info@bosco-au.com to request an exchange. Requests after this period will not be processed.
For exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or color), the customer bears the shipping cost, and exchanged items cannot be exchanged again if returned.
7. Gifts and Promotional Items
If the order includes a gift, it must be returned along with the product. If not returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from the refund.
If the order is marked as a “gift,” an equivalent gift card will be provided to the recipient after the return. If the order is not a gift, the refund will be returned to the original payer.
All gifts are promotional items and are not included in the product price. No replacement or compensation will be provided for damaged, lost, or out-of-stock gifts.
8. Return Address
The return address must be obtained from customer service. Do not return items without contacting us. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and no refund will be processed.

Before returning, email info@bosco-au.com, state the reason for the return, and obtain authorization and detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement package is returned, delayed, or lost due to customer error, we cannot take responsibility and will not issue a refund.
Delivery times for returns may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned products.
